Anoka Riverfest Craft Fair | Downtown Anoka | Saturday July 12, 2025 9AM – 5PM

This is a huge event, right in the heart of Anoka, and Pastor Lyman & Denise’s business has covered the cost of being a Sponsor/Vendor in it!

Our hope is to flood the event with people (YOU!!) in Salt & Light t-shirts, handing out flyers & inviting people to attend a Community Interest Meeting to learn more about how they can help us launch Salt & Light Church next January!

Further, we will kick off a Sock Drive & Coloring Contest, so people can come alongside us and love people who need help.

Anoka County Fair | Anoka County Fairgrounds | July 22 – July 27, 2025

An even larger event than Riverfest! We have secured Thursday & Sunday in the Church Building at the Fairgrounds, to host a Thursday Worship Service at 6:30PM and a Sunday Worship Service at noon. Get in touch for further details, but our objective will be the same as it was at Riverfest…

Anoka Food Truck Festival | Downtown Anoka | Saturday August 16, 2025 11AM – 9PM

Over FIFTY food trucks. Live music. Games & Giveaways. Salt & Light Church!

Our objectives at the Food Truck Festival are the same as it is at Riverfest & the Anoka County Fair. But we get to eat some great food together too, and it will also serve as yet another starting point AND drop-off site for the Sock Drive!

Fall Sock Distribution | Downtown Minneapolis | October 25, 2025 9AM – 2PM

Each year, as winter approaches, we partner with our friends at Loaves & Fishes to distribute the items we received in our Summer donation drive(s), on their weekly food distribution route in Minneapolis. Further, if you are looking for a place to serve and would like to volunteer with their weekly route, get in touch and we will connect you!
